What permission does TicketStudio need in Azure DevOps?
To enable all Features the following permissions are needed:
Does every user of TicketStudio need an account in Azure Active Directory?
No! After TicketStudio was purchased from the marketplace no Active Directory Account is needed. Authentication with username and password is possible and indipendent from Active Directory.
How can I set a Password for TicketStudio?
Klick on Login, select "Forgot your password?" and enter the E-Mail that is associated with your account. You will get an E-Mail with a link to reset your password.
